Treatment Courts

The Clay County Prosecutor's Office is fully dedicated to promoting public safety and the health of our community by fostering programs that work alongside the court system.

Clay County Missouri Treatment Court Programs are dedicated to providing treatment, support, and accountability to participants, so they can overcome substance abuse, mental health issues, and other barriers preventing them from being productive members of our community. These programs strive to reduce drug and alcohol abuse, improve mental health, lower the rate of repeat offenses, and alleviate the financial burden on the community these issues cause.

The Clay County Circuit Court is proud to offer a range of programs, including Drug Court, Veterans Court, Mental Health Court, and DWI Court.
